To Whom It May Concern:  
 My name is Geoffrey Williams and I am the Information Technology Director for the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ at The Center at Donaldson, Indiana.  In addition to the computer and information systems, my team and I are responsible for the Cable Television systems throughout our ministry campus and the campus of Ancilla College.  

I have worked with Mike and Tammy Venable of Unicom Satellite for over a year now and have found them to be pleasant to work with and extremely reliable.  Mike and Tammy go above and beyond to ensure our system is working and they are extremely responsive on the rare occasion we have any issues.  

Upon Mike’s recommendation, we replaced our aged analog satellite system with the Dish Network Smart Box.  Learning to use the Smart Box was very easy and saved us money over the cost of traditional head end systems.  As well, we have reduced both our power consumption and heat generation by moving to the Smart Box.
